Ms. Lucy was appointed as the Managing Director on the 06^th of November 2024. She has previously served as General Manager Strategy, Risk Management & Compliance and as the Finance & Accounts Manager. She holds a Masters in Finance from the University of Nairobi, a bachelor’s degree in Education Kenyatta University, a holder of  CPA-K and she is a registered member  of ICPAK. Lucy has over 15 years’ experience in risk management and Finance.

Kevin joined the Corporation in the position of Internal Audit Manager in September 2022. He holds an MBA in Strategic Management and a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting.

Kevin has over nine years work experience and holds professional membership with Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAK).

Purity Kimathi is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) and a Certified Secretary (CS). She holds an MBA in Finance & Strategic Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from UoN. She is an active member of ICPAK, IHRM and IIA.

She has keen interest in corporate governance, people management and public finance management.

She has several years of experience in public service.
